Refund Policy

Refund cannot be claimed in case of below circumstances.

After signing the contract (or) after explaining the complete process (or) once the process is initiated, the customer would like to withdraw due to any reason. Customer decides to withdraw the case voluntarily at any stage of the process.

If the customer fails to clear background character checks or health examinations causing adverse effects or rejection on application.

Customer fails to cope up with the instruction given by the service provider to provide documents mandatory throughout the process as per the laws of respective countries. 

Customers refuse to accept the instructions at any stage or deny cooperation in any manner.

Customers fail to reproduce/submit documents at any stages within the given time requested by government authorities, Visa officers or company itself.

Customer is involved in breach of contract by submitting fake documents at any stage, misguides the company with false information or commits any false acquisition.

Customer’s case gets rejected due to the reason that he/she could not withstand all the background checks conducted by the assessing Authorities.

Customer fails to perform his/her part of Contract, i.e., in case he/she omits to perform any of the duties subjected to this contract.

Customers fail to meet the motive of the agreement due to reasons like having medical problems, having civil charges, national security reasons of respective countries, changes in immigration rules or any other reasons.

In case of termination from a customer, the company is liable to receive the fee till the stage completed as mentioned in the given fee break up.

In case of any Visa capping/rejection/refusal/banned by respective countries authorities company will not be liable for any refund claims.

DISPUTES

Customers can raise a complaint or highlight a dispute in case of any situation against the agreement. Supporting evidence will be required to put in an official complaint.

Once the complaint is raised and submitted with evidentiary support, the customer will be responded within 7 days after an initial thorough investigation. If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, then any or all outstanding issues may be submitted to final and binding arbitration.

ARBITRATION

Disputes between the parties on any clause or matter herein contained, their respective rights, claims, liabilities, howsoever in relation to or arising out of this agreement shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the arbitrator appointed by the Service Provider or any other person approved by the Service Provider, whose award shall be final and binding on both the parties.

The venue of Arbitration proceedings shall be in the city where the Service Provider has its office.

It is further specifically agreed upon by the Customer that he/ she forgoes his/her rights to initiate any legal proceedings against the Company at any place except the city where company has its office and the jurisdiction at all other places is thus hereby excluded.

However, the Service Provider shall have exclusive rights to initiate any other legal action as it may deem fit in order to recover its overdue fee, if any from the Customer.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Service Provider shall not be responsible to perform directly or indirectly any task on the behalf of a customer related to Passport, procurement of education or employment documents or any other supporting documents required for skill assessment, visa application or throughout the complete process.

Service Provider shall not be responsible for any loss of original documents in transit. Service Provider is not responsible for any rejection caused by any fake documents involved.

FEE CHARGED BY GOVERNMENT

Customer hereby clearly understands the expenditure to be incurred in the form of fee charged by the government bodies. Service Provider is not liable to collect or pay this fee on customer’s behalf.

Fees will be charged according to the current legal regulations of respective countries and customer abides to pay it when required. The fee charged by the government will be directly charged to the customer and is nonrefundable thus the client shall not seek or claim a refund from the Service Provider.

Service Provider is not liable on the consequences in case a customer fails to pay/delay/short payment the processing fee charged by the government.

Additional fee charged to customer in case Visa Processing authority revises its fee, as time to time there shall be changes. Such addition will be borne by the customer directly. In case of any Visa capping company will not be liable for any refund claims by customers directly. 

PROFESSIONAL FEE/NOVATURIENT VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Payment Plan (Installment or One Time payment) Mode of payment (Online/Razor Pay Transfer). 

Our professional fee will be INR (depends upon the service opted for) + 18% GST.

In case a customer fails to pay the fee as set in the agreement(or) if it’s mentioned in the email in consideration with payment stages, the services will no longer be provided by the company. Company is not liable to collect the fee charged by Government authorities.

Payment can be via cards and wire transfer. In order to fail to comply with the payment stages a penalty of 3% will be imposed additionally on due payment.

The visas are issued at the sole discretion of the Embassy/ Consulate, and we cannot guarantee that. We don’t have any affiliation with any government agency.

Many times, Embassies/Consulates change the visa requirements/including appointment dates to submit the documents in VFS/BLS/Consulates without any notice or publications and we come across such changes only after we apply for the respective visas and countries. Note 2: All the government fees (including application charges, biometrics charges, Visa Fees and additional charges will be collected as per the respective countries terms and conditions or policies.

Note 3: Will not collect “NOVATURIENT VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED” service charges in form of Cash. All the transactions will be through online with respective modes. 

Note 4: If the customers stopped the process from their end, 50% of the amount will be deducted for service charges and 20% for consultation Charges.

Note 5: Hence, the remaining amount will be credited back with 30 working days WEF from (the day customers stopped the process).

Note 6: Refund in case of rejection by any Immigration Authority or Consulate / High Com-mission: If you have applied to any country and in case of rejection by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission, “NOVATURIENT VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED” will not refund the applicable amount or service/consultation charges as per the refund policy to the client.

1) We will collect the 100% payment(consultation and service charges) after the conservation(completion explanation of the process/step by step assistance of process) with clients before starting the visa process.

2) After receiving the payment, we will send a checklist of documents as per the government rules and regulations of respective countries.

3) Within 7 days(from the date of payment or once we receive consultation and service charges), clients should provide the required documents to process the visa, which is mentioned in the email or documents checklist.

4) If the client fails to provide the required documents within 7 days, the paid amount will not be refunded.

5) Incase client provides the required documents and if we fail to process the visa within the 30 working days or time period, the collected amount will be refunded and a credit will be paid automatically.

6) The fee paid to authorities or any other institution is the liability of the client and is not included in the service charges.

7) Tries to defame the name of the company in whatsoever manner, which tampers the functioning of the business or reputation.

8) The company is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party services. Also, clients cannot claim a refund of service charges.

9) Therefore, any claims after the registration, like charges being too expensive and such, would not be entertained, and the client would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information. The client has been informed before registering.

10) Prior violation of any immigration law(changing the credentials, changing the security questions with answers, changing the email id’s ) by the client or any of his or her family members.

11) Company is not responsible for the delay caused by third party services such as Courier Services etc. Based on external factors like these, Client cannot claim a refund of service charges.

12) All the Invoices will be sent once we book an appointment (appointment dates will be released by respective VFS).

13) If the Clients started to spread negative review, defaming the ” NOVATURIENT VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED “, or in any means of negativity without proper proof or reason, we have rights to lodge the defamation case in the nearest police station because of creating negativity in the market.

14) If the client wants to go with legal actions, we will stop the process by immediate effect and until clearances of legal procedures, all the refund process will be stopped.

15) If any changes in company policies ( Novaturient Visa and Immigration Consultants Private Limited ) or rules and regulations will be changes, the company ( Novaturient Visa and Immigration Consultants Private Limited ), have all the rights to implement on immediate basis.


Novaturient Visas and Immigration Services/ Consultants is not responsible for refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission/ 3rd Party agents ( while booking the slots, appointments, Including all 195 countries across the globe) in the event of the applicant not getting approval/visa/immigration, or in case of rejection or non acceptance of his/her application at any stage by any authority. The registration/processing fees only include the charges towards the services rendered by World Immigration Consultants and does not include any application or assessing fees. The applicant agrees to pay the entire additional fees required, as applicable, during the processing.

The Service Charges of Novaturient Visas and Immigration Services Consultants have no reference to the market charges and do not have to be equal to the contemporaries, as they are contemporary only to the company standards to which the client agreed. Any claims after the registration, of being too expensive, would not be entertained and the applicant would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information, and the client has been convinced before registering.

In the event that the immigration law changes anytime after you have signed this agreement, anytime during the processing of your application & due to this change of law, you have become ineligible to apply for the service you have signed up for, and you have paid the entire amount.

If the clients are started with any legal procedures ( including defamation, Legal Authorities, Police Complaint, FIR etc ), the process will be stopped on immediate effect (processing, Appointment Booking, all the paper works and etc ) and post completion of legal works the work will be restart according to terms and conditions of Novaturient Visas and Immigration Services.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
