REFUNDS

1) We will collect the 100% payment after the conservation with clients before starting the visa process.
2) After receiving the payment, we will send a checklist of documents as per govt. rules and regulations of respective countries.
3) Within 30 to 60 days, clients should provide the required documents to process the visa.
4) If client fails to provide the required documents within 60 days, the paid amount will not be refunded.
5) Incase client provide required documents befor 60 days and if we fail to process the visa within the time period, the collected amount will be refunded and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
